My Heart of Stone
celebrates fire as a force of transformation.
These copper rocks were handcrafted from 0.5mm sheets of copper, hammered onto a rock in order to take its shape and imprint of its texture.
Afterwards they are polished and glazed with fire.
Each rock is unique and cannot be replicated in the future.
New pieces can be requested, either from a rock of Marta’s personal collection, or a rock of the client’s choice.
There is also the possibility to create an “imaginary” rock which doesn’t replicate any existing shape.
